This reed is characterized with a clear, sensitive and elegant sound in all registers and with excellent playability and response.

The carefully crafted reed tip area ensures superb tonal quality and excellent response.

The reeds are produced on specially developed computercontrolled machines based on traditional French technology of reed manufacturing and processing. They allow a precise cut of the reed, exact measurement of its elasticity and the subsequent sorting of the reeds by half strengths.
Since each naturally grown piece of cane has its individual characteristics, even at these high technological standards no reed resembles the other at a hundred percent!
Finally, the manufactured reeds are subjected to strict quality control and may be reworked  by hand to meet all artistic demands. In a unique way Vienna´s tradition of reed manufacturing is thus combined with state of the art technology.
